Beta terms
These terms apply to the invite-only beta of KitAxis ("the beta"), operated by ProductSeal ("we"). By redeeming an invite or using the beta, you agree to them.
- It's a beta. The beta is a preview. Features may change, break or be removed. There is no uptime commitment, and the service runs on a single server that may be moved or rebuilt. We may need to reset beta data, and will warn you first where we can.
- Invite-only and personal. Your invite is for the email address it was issued to. Don't share your account or your invite code.
- Free during the beta. The beta costs nothing. We will never charge you unless you explicitly agree to separate paid terms.
- Your content stays yours. You own the plans, evidence and other content you put in. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the beta for you.
- What "ready" means. KitAxis records plans, evidence and readiness checks. Evidence is reported by you or your AI assistant, and KitAxis does not independently verify it. "Ready" means the required evidence and checks are present for a plan revision. It does not mean anything has been tested, certified or approved for execution. Assurance levels are labels you choose, not certifications. KitAxis never executes plans.
- Evidence is permanent. Plan revisions and evidence can't be edited or deleted one by one. Deleting your account removes them, as described in the privacy notice.
- Your AI assistant. If you connect Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant, you are responsible for what it does with the access you approve, and for your agreement with its provider. KitAxis is independent of, and not endorsed by, Anthropic, OpenAI or any AI assistant provider.
- Acceptable use. Don't use the beta to break the law, to store other people's personal data without a right to, to attack or overload the service, or to get around access controls or rate limits. We may suspend access that puts the service or others at risk.
- Feedback. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.
- No warranty; limited liability. The beta is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data beyond our obligations in the privacy notice.
- Ending the beta. You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app. We may end the beta or your access, with notice where possible. If the beta ends, we will tell you how long you have to export your data.
- Changes. We may update these terms, and will tell beta testers about material changes.
